Account Creation & Security
To open an account on 2218, you must meet the following conditions:

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 2218 users must comply with the following rules:

- Abuse of bonuses or promotions, creating fake accounts, or attempting any form of fraud is prohibited.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 2218 reserves the right to investigate and suspend or close the relevant account if necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 2218 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Please keep the following points in mind:
- Deposits can be made using bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods.
- Before making a deposit, ensure your account is verified and active.
- You must complete account verification before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals will not be allowed unless the specified rollover requirements for bonuses have been met.
- 2218 reserves the right to hold payments in cases of suspicious transactions.
Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for deposits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set according to the platform's current rules and may change.

When an account is closed, 2218 will consider refunds of any valid balance; however, balances may be forfeited if closure results from terms violations.
